Volodymyr and his team were wonderful to work with. Volodymyr was extremely quick to respond to my inquiry and even started our project the next day. Him and his team worked seamlessly to create exactly what we had envisioned for our deck and communicated exceptionally throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the finished product, the price, and how quickly they completed our project. We will be hiring them again for future projects! Thanks again!
We were in desperate need of a deck replacement. Contacted XP Decking company and met with Vlad to review a plan with him. Had a good feeling after our review with Vlad, received what we considered a fair quote and decided to go ahead with the project. We couldn’t have made a better decision. Vlad and his team did an amazing job. The work was done professionally and with great quality. We were kept informed every step of the way with no surprises. The teams hard work and dedication to their customer was always appreciated. Vlad is never satisfied unless the job results are perfect. We would certainly recommend XP Decking Company for any deck or outdoor construction solutions.
Vlad from XP Decking replaced my garage stairs and installed a railing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start, Vlad was professional, punctual, and communicative. He showed up when he said he would, worked cleanly throughout the job, and left the space spotless when he was done. The quality of the work speaks for itself — the composite stairs look fantastic and the matte black railing ties everything together perfectly. You can tell he takes real pride in his craftsmanship. The whole project exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for someone reliable who does high-quality work, Vlad is your guy. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling him for future projects.
Vlad is absolutely amazing, the footings were done on day one and on day two the addition for the BBQ’s was complete flawlessly and you cannot even tell it was an add on! As an added plus he even fixed my gate (no charge).
I had been thinking about building a deck for a long time, and I’m really glad I ended up choosing XP Decking company. The whole experience was honestly way easier than I expected. From the beginning, the team was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what they were doing. One thing I really appreciated was how straightforward they were. They gave me a clear quote upfront, explained everything, and there were no surprise costs later on. They also stuck to the timeline they promised, which doesn’t always happen with projects like this. The quality of the work is amazing. The deck looks great and feels super solid. You can tell they paid attention to all the little details, not just rushed to finish the job. It actually turned out even better than I had imagined. They even checked in after everything was done to make sure I was happy, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about building a deck. It was a really good experience start to finish.
Got referred to these guys by a friend and I’m glad I went with them. I expected it to be more expensive, but the price was fair for the quality. Materials look great and the install is nice and clean. Also appreciated that they cleaned up everything after , not everyone does that. Overall, great experience.
Really happy with the work. XP Decking company built a deck for us and now it’s basically our favourite spot to hang out 😄 Everything was done pretty quickly and without any delays. I liked that they didn’t try to upsell us on expensive stuff, just gave honest advice. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Would definitely use them again.
We had decking done in our backyard and honestly didn’t know what to expect at first. The whole process went really smoothly. The crew showed up on time, explained everything, and even suggested a few ideas that made it look way better in the end. The final result looks amazing and super clean and solid. We’ve been using it for a few months now and no issues at all. Very happy.
The XP Decking company was really easy to work with. They kept me updated, finished on schedule, and the deck is solid and looks great. I’m so pleased.
I’m really happy with my new deck! The team did a fantastic job. They listened to what I wanted, and it turned out just as I imagined. Great work!

We spent quite a while looking for a company to build our deck and honestly felt a bit nervous about trusting someone with it. It’s a big project and you really want it done right. Then we met Vlad, and from the first conversation he gave us a sense of confidence. Everything felt clear, honest, and professional. The work was done perfect and with great quality. We’ve already had some time to actually use the deck in the fall and we’re really happy with how it turned out. Genuinely recommend this company.
Vlad and his group did a great job planning our deck, removing the old deck and building the new one. They showed great attention to detail and the final product looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a similar project.
This is the second house we’ve hired XP Decking for. The first time was for a new deck and pergola, and for this house was to add the pergola to an existing deck they actually did for previous homeowner’s. I got a few bids to check prices on what a pergola would be for this house and all of them were way over priced and we went back to Vlad for how straight forward he is about everything. He’s a man that gets to the point and doesn’t try to upsell on stuff and we like that. Vlad and his crew did a great job and were very professional with everything. I would absolutely recommend XP Decking
Vlad built a lovely deck outside of our kitchen. He used composite decking material and angled the corners to maximize the space in our tiny yard. He was knowledgeable, professional and added details to the deck to finish the corners beautifully. He arrived as promised and finished the project in a timely manner. Highly recommend Vlad.
We used XP Decking to teardown our old deck and replace it with a composite deck, best decision ever. The wonderful guys from XP Decking were amazing! In a matter of no time, the old deck was gone and the new deck was up. I cannot say enough about our positive experience. Instead of words I’ll show you the before and after.
Really recommended professionals. Highly punctual, willing to find every possible solution so you will be satisfied 100%. At a very reasonable price I got a result beyond my expectations with all the small details I mentioned. If you're looking for quality, this company is your solution for all your decking/fences and so needs.

Vlad and his team tore down and removed my old fence and built a beautiful new one. Vlad was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure this fence was built exactly how it should be. I will definitely be using him again!
I would absolutely recommend Vlad and his team if you are looking to have work done. They do incredible work and are very fairly priced. The team is very professional and you can tell they take pride in their work. They tore down my existing deck and installed a new one. Thank you Vlad and team!

A very pleasant and professional experience with Vlad. The price was very competative and the work was done on time as promised. He was very helpful through the design and building of my new composite deck. Backyard was always kept clean at the end of each day.
