Our story
XP Decking started with one truck, a trailer of tools and a few neighbours who needed a deck done properly. It grew the way good trades businesses do: through repeat clients, referrals and the decks people saw over the fence.
Today we design, permit and build custom decks, and the pergolas, gazebos and fences that go with them. We are based in Newmarket and live in the towns we build in, so the work has to hold up to our own neighbours’ standards.

I have been working in construction since I was a teenager, and I still show up on every project because I care how it turns out. A well-built deck is more than a weekend project. It is the base for years of family time outdoors.
Vlad leads the crew on site, prepares the permit drawings and is the person you talk to from the first visit to the final walkthrough.

Licensed, insured and WSIB covered, with a limited labour warranty of up to 5 years on the work we do.
Decks are our main work. The structures around them are built by the same crew, so posts, footings and finishes match.
