Rafters, beams and posts are sized for the ground snow load in your town, and the drawings usually carry an engineer’s stamp for the permit.

Our covered decks are built with pressure-treated joists, snow-load rated rafters, and drip-edge flashing to keep water out. We use asphalt shingles, metal roofing or polycarbonate panels, all sealed for Ontario’s four-season weather. Attached to your home or freestanding, each one is built correctly from footing to finish, with proper deck waterproofing included.

Extend your outdoor season with a fully enclosed space. We use energy-efficient windows, sloped waterproof roofs, and optional screen or glass panel systems to turn your deck into a multi-use room.
